The Severe Asthma Cryptex is a Leonardo Da Vinci themed escape room for CHEST's 2023 Annual Meeting and was played by hundreds of pulmonary physicians and clinicians. By solving clues and puzzles, players will discover that the Mona Lisa had severe asthma and that Leonardo da Vinci was treating her symptoms with the aspirational goal of achieving clinical remission.

For this project, I ideated game concepts and mechanics, collaborated with subject matter experts to integrate game narrative and game mechanics with educational content, crafted puzzles and level design, and conducted quality control and bug tests to ensure a high quality final product for both in-person and digital experiences.
